Recruitment Manager - Real Estate, Hospitality & Infrastructure

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking leader to head our Quality and Safety Management functions across a diverse portfolio of real estate and construction projects. The Director will ensure that all developments—residential, commercial, and mixed-use—meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Quality Assurance & Control
  • Oversee quality across all phases of real estate development—from design and planning to execution and handover.
  • Implement robust quality management systems aligned with industry standards and local regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct routine inspections, material testing, and audits to assess and improve quality compliance.
  • Lead root cause analysis to address defects or deviations and implement effective corrective / preventive measures.
  1. Safety Management
  • Design and implement comprehensive life safety and health protocols across all construction sites.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards, including regulatory certifications where applicable.
  • Conduct risk assessments, enforce safety protocols, and drive proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Lead safety awareness programs and mandatory training for employees, contractors, and vendors.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of quality and safety professionals across multiple projects and geographies.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and safety-first thinking across project teams.
  • Work collaboratively with project heads, architects, contractors, and engineering teams to embed quality and safety into every milestone.
  • Act as the primary interface for quality and safety audits by third parties, clients, and statutory bodies.
  1. Regulatory Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure all real estate and construction activities adhere to applicable building codes, environmental guidelines, and internal standards.
  • Develop dashboards and regular reports covering KPIs, audit results, compliance scores, non-conformities, and progress updates.
  • Drive internal audits, track non-conformance closures, and maintain documentation for regulatory and internal reviews.
  • Troubleshoot challenges related to on-site execution, quality lapses, or safety incidents in real time.
  • Identify improvement areas and lead initiatives to enhance build quality, reduce rework, and elevate safety outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of new construction technologies, materials, and global best practices to drive innovation.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 12–15 years of experience in the construction / real estate industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on quality and safety.
  • In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, codes, and real estate development processes.
  • Expertise in quality control systems, safety audits, risk assessments, and site compliance.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools, audit systems, and project documentation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
