Our client is a leading Real Estate Developer specialising in hospitality & luxury residential projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead the day-to-day construction activities across the development, ensuring everything stays on track, on budget, and up to standard.
2. Oversee contractors and consultants, keeping everyone aligned and accountable from start to finish.
3. Work closely with senior leadership to update on progress, risks, and resource needs to maintain momentum.
4. Manage timelines and budgets, identify issues early, and implement practical solutions promptly.
5. Be on-site regularly to ensure top-quality work and steady progress.
6. Liaise with high-end clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
7. Establish and improve construction processes, especially as a new company building from the ground up.
8. Handle procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and services without compromising quality.
9. Manage permits, approvals, and compliance to avoid unnecessary delays.
10. Foster a strong team culture, motivate staff, and lead by example under pressure.

Requirements :

1. 18+ years of experience
2. At least 3 years experience working for a UAE Developer
3. Over 4 years in a Director or Head of Construction role
4. Proven work history with tier 1 companies
5. Successful track record delivering luxury projects from pre-construction to handover
6. Experience managing projects valued at AED 1bn or more
7. Results-driven mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
8. Relevant industry degree
