Ramboll Middle East is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Project Management to lead and oversee a team successfully delivering large-scale, multidisciplinary projects across multiple locations. Reporting to the Director Buildings Middle East, in this senior leadership role, the Head of Project Management will be responsible for the strategic direction, management, and execution of all projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The individual will play a critical role in leading project teams, driving business initiatives, and fostering collaboration with Ramboll’s global Business Units. Based in our Dubai office, this role requires regular travel within the Middle East region.

Responsibilities
The Head of Project Management will have overarching responsibility for managing the entire lifecycle of projects. This includes establishing project objectives, developing detailed plans, and securing necessary resources to ensure projects align with both client and business goals. The role demands a focus on risk management, strict adherence to Ramboll's governance, and ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
As part of their leadership duties, the Head of Project Management will provide strategic oversight of the financial aspects of projects. This includes monitoring budgets, controlling expenditures, and optimizing resource allocation. The role also involves forecasting revenue, managing invoicing, and ensuring that all financial targets are met, while maintaining a strong focus on profitability.
In addition to managing project operations, the Head of Project Management will lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring that team members are engaged, motivated, and working efficiently. The individual will mentor staff, foster career growth, and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure the successful completion of projects.
This role also requires extensive client engagement, with the Head of Project Management responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients. Ensuring client satisfaction, managing expectations, and identifying opportunities to expand business are essential aspects of the role. The candidate is expected to already have good contacts with, and be known to, developers and architects in the region.
On a strategic level, the Head of Project Management will contribute to the development of business strategies, policies, and initiatives, ensuring that projects and operational practices align with Ramboll’s long-term goals and vision.
