Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 60,000 - 65,000

A prominent multidisciplinary consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Head of Project Management / Design to lead the delivery of projects at pre-contract stage. This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect with a strong design background, combined with significant experience in project management and delivery within consultancy environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of projects during the pre-contract phase.

• Oversee design development, coordination, and project strategy to ensure alignment with client objectives and project goals.

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and project teams.

• Provide leadership across multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring design quality and project efficiency.

• Support the COO in overall project delivery planning and resource allocation.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified architect with a proven track record in both design and project delivery.

• Strong consultancy background, with experience leading high-value, complex projects.

• In-depth knowledge of design management, project delivery processes, and pre-contract stages.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.

• Previous experience in the Middle East market is preferred.
