We are looking for an exceptional Head of Programme Management and Digital Transformation to support our growing Al Tayer Insignia team. You will play an integral role in the expansion of one of the region’s leading luxury and fashion companies, Al Tayer Insignia.
As a leader in luxury retail in the Middle East, Al Tayer Group's retail division, Al Tayer Insignia, hosts a portfolio of some of the world’s top luxury brands across fashion, jewellery, home, and department stores. It also ventures into lifestyle retail, representing brands in Beauty, Home, Fashion, and Hospitality sectors. Our brands include Bloomingdales, Harvey Nichols, Armani, Gymshark, and The White Company, among others.
About The Role
This is a strategic project management and governance role within Al Tayer Insignia. The position involves leading cross-functional projects, contract management, governance initiatives, and digital transformation efforts aimed at enhancing the company’s efficiency, profitability, and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure all contracts are valid, properly stored, and managed efficiently during renewal processes.
Support leadership in executing high-impact projects by developing work plans, analyzing data, and engaging stakeholders.
Collaborate with Internal Audit and Risk teams to improve processes, identify areas for better controls, and implement necessary changes.
Oversee the transition and integration of new joint ventures, managing projects from initiation to completion.
Oversee and optimize project execution across all business units, implementing best practices in governance and transformation.
Lead large-scale technology projects such as ERP implementations and ensure seamless digital adoption organization-wide.
