Job summary

DISCOVERED in Abu Dhabi seeks a Head of Product to own the product vision, strategy and portfolio roadmap, embedding AI into how the team discovers, builds and delivers. You will lead a high-performing Product organization from the ground up, setting the operating model, standards and culture for this AI-enabled function.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product management or digital product development.
• Strong track record in senior product leadership roles and enterprise-scale portfolios.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in scaling proptech and/or fintech businesses and governance of product portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision, strategy and portfolio roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Translate strategy into prioritized outcomes and investment priorities with solid business cases.
• Set portfolio-level goals, KPIs and success metrics and advise leadership on opportunities and risks.
• Own the integrated roadmap across the portfolio and drive transparent trade-offs.
