About This Role
We are looking for a amazing domain expert that operates at the exciting intersection of Technology, Design, Strategy and Marketing. You will be responsible for product strategy, competitive intelligence, and contribute to design/pricing in line with our differentiated positioning. Your mission is to continuously understand the digital customer needs and come up with products that fit their needs and align with company plans and resources. The ideal candidate should be a problem-solver and gets excited by finding solutions backed with data.
You will be responsible for leading a team in a fast paced organization with high impact projects and strategic initiatives, hence require need to be driven with high focus and intensity - churn, pricing ladders, competition response framework are a few examples. Key deliverables will include revenue, customer acquisition, CS journey, CLM, customer satisfaction, ecosystem services, partnerships and market research

What You'll Do
- You will be working directly with senior leaders across divisions to develop, lead the product vision and strategy.
- You will lead functions within the product team on roadmap & delivery of high quality product.
- Work with engineers and designers day to day by following the product management framework.
- Lead the construction of APIs, products, and complex systems at scale.
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of overall experience with min 4 years in leading a sizable team product management and experience in managing end to end Product launch.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, particularly in agile environments.
- A passion to build a great product & be successful with that product in the market.
- A passion for design excellence, usability & consumer appeal in products.
- Team Management: ability to manage and coach a team of product managers.
- Prior experience in e-commerce is a must.
- Ability to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
