Our client, a rapidly growing organization specializing in enterprise SaaS and ERP solutions, is seeking a Head of Product to define and execute the product vision while scaling a high-performing team. This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced product professional with proven expertise in enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise SaaS and ERP solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of product managers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Translate business needs and market opportunities into scalable enterprise-grade products.
• Partner with leadership to define KPIs, performance metrics, and success criteria.
• Drive execution in a fast-paced startup environment, ensuring speed without compromising quality.
• Implement agile product management processes using Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, and Figma.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly Web3, AI, and ML, and integrate them into the product strategy where relevant.

Requirements

• 14–15 years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in building and scaling B2B SaaS or ERP enterprise applications (not B2C).
• Strong understanding of Web3, AI, and ML technologies from a product management perspective.
• Hands-on experience with contact center solutions (cloud-based or enterprise-scale).
• Experience working in startups or fast-scaling environments.
• Deep expertise in product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in product management tools: Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Figma.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance business and technical requirements.
