Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals and production needs.
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials, packaging materials, equipment, and services.
- Identify and qualify reliable suppliers/vendors with a focus on quality, price, service, and sustainability.
- Negotiate high-value contracts, ensuring best value, favorable terms, and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and supply chain risks to maintain cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery to support uninterrupted production and product availability.
- Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Sales teams on procurement planning.
- Drive vendor performance management and supplier relationship development.
- Implement procurement best practices, digital tools, and automation for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team to build a high-performance, cost-conscious culture.
