Job summary

Foreground LLC is seeking a Head of Procurement to lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and procurement policy across the organisation in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on cost optimisation, supplier performance and contract standardisation to support transparency, compliance and value creation.

You will work with operations, finance and legal teams to meet business requirements and manage senior procurement professionals while influencing enterprise-wide purchasing decisions.

Qualifications

• Senior procurement leadership experience in large organisations or project-driven environments.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC markets is highly preferred.
• Demonstrates commercial acumen and governance discipline.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
