Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) seeks a senior banking leader to guide regional Cluster Managers and oversee VRM teams. You will set performance expectations, drive Priority Banking acquisitions, and ensure high-quality service while maintaining strict adherence to Sharia guidelines and internal policies.

The role requires extensive UAE banking experience, strong leadership, and exceptional communication to coordinate reporting with Head Office and ensure regional success.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor and manage Cluster Managers across the assigned region.
• Oversee VRM teams indirectly through Cluster Managers.
• Set regional performance expectations, sales targets and service KPIs.
• Drive acquisition of Priority Banking customers across assigned teams.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with ADIB policies and Islamic Sharia guidelines.
• Act as primary link between the region and Head Office for reporting and escalation.
