About the Role

The Head of Key Stage 2 will lead the strategic and operational execution of the school’s vision and policies within Key Stage 2.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the strategic and operational execution of the school’s vision and policies within Key Stage 2.
  2. Ensure high standards of teaching and learning are maintained through effective curriculum, assessment, and pedagogy.
  3. Foster an environment supporting character development and student engagement in line with the ACE APPROACH.
  4. Collaborate with staff, students, and parents to enhance educational outcomes.
  5. Engage actively with students and parents to strengthen community ties.
  6. Manage and inspire educators, supporting their professional development.
  7. Monitor and evaluate educational strategies to continually improve student achievement.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Education or a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
