Job summary

Acme Services is seeking a seasoned Lead Precious Metals Desk to drive growth in Dubai and expand our footprint in the precious metals ecosystem. You will engage bullion dealers, refiners, jewellers, banks, and other market participants to identify opportunities and deliver revenue growth.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, International Business, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications relevant to commodities, bullion, or financial markets will be an advantage.
• 10-18 years of experience in the Precious Metals, Bullion, Refining, Jewellery, Commodity Trading, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to grow the Precious Metals business.
• Build and manage relationships with bullion dealers, refiners, jewellers, banks, financial institutions, and other market participants.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across assigned markets.
• Monitor market trends, pricing movements, supply-demand dynamics, and regulatory developments impacting the precious metals industry.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage key customer and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including operations, finance, compliance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Support product development and market expansion initiatives.
• Prepare business forecasts, market intelligence reports, and management presentations.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to precious metals trading and distribution.
