Job summary

The Boring Company is seeking a Head of Precast Operations in Dubai to lead the concrete/precast team responsible for producing precast segments for tunnel infrastructure. You will oversee shifts, ensure quality, and coordinate materials while maintaining safety and schedule integrity.

Required: 3 years of quality testing in manufacturing, ACI Grade 1 certification, and strong leadership. PCI Level 1 and blueprint-reading skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years of quality testing experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• Current ACI Field Testing Technician - Grade 1 Certification

Responsibilities

• Lead team of concrete production workers to produce precast segments that meet quality requirements.
• Manage team shifts and organize daily activity of crews to meet production requirements and timeline.
• Read drawings/blueprints and use measuring tools to verify concrete structures.
• Schedule and plan deliveries of aggregates and admixtures and supervise QC efforts.
• Provide training and safety briefings; ensure compliance with ACI, PCI, city standards and OSHA.
