Job Description

The Role

RAK Academy is seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Head of Positive Engagement and Inclusion to lead the strategic development and coordination of pastoral, wellbeing, and inclusion provision across all RAK Academy schools. Working in close collaboration with Heads of School, Senior and Middle Leaders, Teachers, and Academic Support Staff, the postholder will drive a culture of positive engagement that supports the holistic development of every student. The role involves leading the implementation of global best practice through research-informed strategies that enhance inclusion and student wellbeing. Provision will be externally validated through inspection and accreditation processes and internally monitored to ensure alignment with the Academy s strategic goals and continuous improvement targets.
