Head of Partnerships role at Ctrl Alt. What will you do?

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Partnerships to join our Dubai office and spearhead Ctrl Alt’s growth across the MENA region. In this senior, client facing role, you will design and execute high impact partnership strategies, forging relationships with leading financial institutions, fintechs, brokers, platforms, and businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the MENA partnership strategy. Identify, prioritise, and pursue strategic opportunities that align with Ctrl Alt’s growth objectives.
  • Build and manage high-value relationships. Cultivate partnerships with financial institutions, fintechs, brokers, platforms, and other key ecosystem players.
  • Drive market expansion. Lead initiatives to enter and grow in new markets across the MENA region, leveraging strategic alliances and commercial opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close strategic deals. Oversee the structuring, negotiation, and execution of partnership agreements that deliver long-term value.
  • Represent Ctrl Alt externally. Act as the company’s ambassador at industry events, conferences, and in direct client engagements, reinforcing our market leadership.

  • Deep regional expertise and network across the MENA financial ecosystem.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in deal structuring, negotiation, and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills and a confident, client facing presence in complex, fast moving environments.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands on approach, capable of both setting the vision and executing with speed and precision.
  • Strong desire to work in an early stage Fintech
