As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Partnership to lead our partnership initiatives in Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand the company's network of IBs (Introducing Brokers), affiliates, and institutional partners.
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard new partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and business growth.
  • Manage existing partners, optimize their performance, and maximize revenue generation.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and compliance teams to align partnership initiatives with the company's overall business strategy.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to adjust partnership strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze data and KPIs to assess the performance of partnership programs and implement improvements where needed.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and business development meetings.
  • Ensure all partnership agreements comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or sales within the Forex, CFD, or financial trading industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IB and affiliate programs, including commission structures and revenue-sharing models.
  • An extensive client base in GCC, Asia, Africa and Latam is a must!
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading products, and regulatory requirements in Cyprus and internationally.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
