Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Develop project planning and control strategies.
  2. Manage assigned individual contributors across departments such as Production, Installation, Operation, Maintenance, and Projects to ensure timely and efficient completion of work.
  3. Review and utilize financial data to enhance profitability; prepare and control operational budgets and develop effective financial strategies for projects.
  4. Provide strategic input by liaising with management, assisting in developing operational plans, and implementing project strategies.
  5. Monitor and improve the efficiency of support services like IT, HR, Accounts, and Finance; facilitate coordination among support functions.
  6. Oversee organizational policies, including health and safety meetings and task assignments.
  7. Organize and support project management and status review meetings.
  8. Provide strategic oversight, coordination, and maintenance of identified projects.
  9. Manage daily activities, analyze statistics, and prepare reports to ensure project requirements are met.
  10. Define project management structures and oversee teams of specialists.
  11. Demonstrate openness to direction, collaborative work style, and a commitment to completing tasks.
  12. Assess situations from multiple perspectives.
  13. Facilitate projects across operations aligning with company goals.
  14. Evaluate existing systems and procedures for continuous improvement.
  15. Keep management informed about progress and areas needing improvement through regular updates.
  16. Prepare periodic reports on project status for department managers and senior management, adjusting project directions as necessary.
  17. Present project updates and recommendations to senior managers.
  18. Prepare and review basis of design, specifications, technical bid evaluations, and drawings.
  19. Mobilize goods and services for project activities, including drafting work specifications.
  20. Ensure proper documentation of standard operating procedures.
  21. Establish measurable and specific operational objectives.
  22. Monitor events as per the Monitoring & Communication Plan and update it as needed.
  23. Provide leadership at various construction levels.
  24. Identify and implement corrective actions to improve quality.
  25. Monitor key staff performance for quality and timely project execution.
