Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop project planning and control strategies.
- Manage assigned individual contributors across departments such as Production, Installation, Operation, Maintenance, and Projects to ensure timely and efficient completion of work.
- Review and utilize financial data to enhance profitability; prepare and control operational budgets and develop effective financial strategies for projects.
- Provide strategic input by liaising with management, assisting in developing operational plans, and implementing project strategies.
- Monitor and improve the efficiency of support services like IT, HR, Accounts, and Finance; facilitate coordination among support functions.
- Oversee organizational policies, including health and safety meetings and task assignments.
- Organize and support project management and status review meetings.
- Provide strategic oversight, coordination, and maintenance of identified projects.
- Manage daily activities, analyze statistics, and prepare reports to ensure project requirements are met.
- Define project management structures and oversee teams of specialists.
- Demonstrate openness to direction, collaborative work style, and a commitment to completing tasks.
