Job description

Project supervision, inspection, organization, coordination, pre-commissioning, plant implementation, and field engineering.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  1. Develop project planning and control strategies.
  2. Manage assigned teams across departments (Production, Installation, Operation, Maintenance, and Projects) to ensure timely and efficient completion of work.
  3. Review financial data to enhance profitability; prepare and control operational budgets; develop effective financial strategies for projects.
  4. Provide strategic input by liaising with management, assisting in developing operational plans, and implementing project strategies.
  5. Monitor and improve support services such as IT, HR, Accounts, and Finance; facilitate communication between support functions.
  6. Oversee organizational policies, including health and safety meetings and task assignments.
  7. Organize and support project management and review meetings.
  8. Maintain strategic oversight, coordination, and management of projects.
  9. Manage daily activities, analyze statistics, and prepare reports.
  10. Ensure project requirements are gathered and analyzed; define project management structures and oversee specialist teams.
  11. Work collaboratively, be open to direction, and committed to completing tasks.
  12. Assess situations from multiple perspectives.
  13. Facilitate projects aligned with company goals across operations.
  14. Evaluate and improve current systems and procedures continuously.
  15. Update management on progress and areas needing improvement.
  16. Prepare reports on project status for department managers and inform senior management of project directions, adjusting as needed.
  17. Present project updates and recommendations to senior managers.
  18. Prepare and review design basis, specifications, bid evaluations, and drawings.
  19. Mobilize goods and services, drafting work specifications as needed.
  20. Ensure proper documentation of standard operating procedures.
  21. Set measurable and specific operational objectives.
  22. Monitor events as per the Monitoring & Communication Plan and update it as necessary.
  23. Provide leadership at various construction levels.
  24. Identify and implement corrective actions to improve quality.
  25. Monitor key staff to ensure quality and timely project execution.
