About Our Client
The client is a UK-regulated bank focusing primarily on foreign exchange and cross-border payments.

Job Description
The individual will oversee technology integration, client onboarding, client servicing, and first-line risk management, ensuring compliance with UAE regulatory standards and group policies. The role is part of the Executive Committee.

The Head of Operations is responsible for managing the lifecycle, performance, and outsourced delivery of the technology estate and operations, including onboarding and risk management.

Key focus areas include operational leadership, oversight of outsourced services, collaboration with the CTO on technology platforms, integration plans, cyber-resilience, client onboarding and servicing, regulatory compliance, and recruitment and training.
