We’re seeking an exceptional Head of Operations to lead operational excellence, manufacturing optimization, and supply chain management across our UAE and GCC operations. This senior executive role demands a visionary leader with proven expertise in infrastructure deployment, manufacturing scale-up, and operational strategy execution within the technology and energy sectors.

The successful candidate will drive operational transformation through manufacturing excellence, quality assurance, supply chain optimization, and large-scale infrastructure deployment. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Strategy & Manufacturing Excellence
• Lead manufacturing scale-up initiatives for EV charging infrastructure, V2G technology, and energy management hardware
• Design and implement lean manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and continuous improvement programs
• Drive operational planning initiatives that align manufacturing capabilities with commercial growth targets and delivery commitments

• Infrastructure Deployment & Project Management
• Establish and manage large-scale EV charging infrastructure deployment across UAE and GCC markets
• Execute end-to-end project lifecycle management from site preparation through installation, commissioning, and operational handover
• Build deployment frameworks for rapid scaling across multiple communities, commercial sites, and industrial facilities
• Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure deployment timelines align with partnership commitments and revenue recognition

• Supply Chain & Procurement Excellence
• Build, develop, and optimize global supply chain networks including component sourcing, vendor management, and logistics coordination
• Establish robust supplier qualification processes to ensure quality standards, delivery performance, and cost optimization
• Implement supply chain risk management strategies and contingency planning for business continuity
• Drive procurement strategies that maximize cost efficiency while maintaining quality and delivery commitments

• Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance
• Lead comprehensive quality management systems across manufacturing, deployment, and operational processes
• Champion quality assurance programs for all EV charging hardware, software integration, and installation standards
• Ensure regulatory compliance across UAE, GCC, and international standards including CE, UL, and local certifications
• Coordinate quality control processes across manufacturing, field installation, and ongoing maintenance operations

• Cross-Functional Leadership & Strategic Coordination
• Lead strategic collaboration with Commercial, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure operational alignment with business objectives
• Champion operational requirements in product development cycles, commercial planning, and customer delivery commitments
• Coordinate strategic planning processes across multiple operational functions to deliver integrated solutions
• Lead operational business case development for manufacturing investments, facility expansions, and technology upgrades

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related technical disciplineOR Master\'s Degree (MSc in Engineering Management, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree) strongly preferred
• Professional Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, operations management, or relevant industry credentials valued
• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience within manufacturing, technology infrastructure, energy systems, or related industrial sectors
• Deep understanding of EV charging infrastructure manufacturing and deployment processes
• Familiarity with energy transition technologies, power electronics, and electrical systems
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards, regulatory compliance, and certification processes
• Understanding of UAE/GCC industrial regulations, free zone operations, and logistics networks
• Demonstrated success in scaling manufacturing operations and managing large-scale infrastructure deployment projects
• Proven track record in building and optimizing supply chain networks, quality management systems, and operational processes
• Deep operational expertise in UAE/GCC markets with comprehensive understanding of regional manufacturing, logistics, and regulatory requirements
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams across manufacturing, quality, procurement, and field operations
• Operations Leadership: Exceptional operational thinking capabilities with demonstrated manufacturing excellence and process optimization expertise
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects with complex stakeholder coordination
