Job description

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Head of Operations to act as the second-in-command for DEEJOS Interiors LLC Dubai. The role requires managing day-to-day business operations, team leadership, client relationship management, and ensuring the smooth execution of all interior fit-out and renovation projects Key Responsibilities: • Oversee end-to-end business operations across all departments: • Sales, Business Development, Design, Project Management, Purchase, Customer Relations. • Act as the primary escalation point for all client queries and internal issues. • Supervise office team and site execution team to ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and company standards. • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide strategic direction to align with company objectives. • Maintain effective communication between Dubai office and Chennai Head Office. • Ensure SOPs and company processes are followed across all functions including sales, execution, procurement, and handover. • Coordinate closely with Fit Out Manager and Project Coordinators to ensure project milestones are met. • Represent the company in client meetings, contract signings, and site handovers when required. • Monitor sales pipeline, project status, invoicing, and team performance through regular reporting to the Managing Director.

• 7–10 years minimum in an operations/management role preferably interior design, fit-out, or construction industry in Dubai or GCC. • Proven experience handling sales, project coordination, and team management simultaneously. Skills: • Strong leadership and team management • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) • Client relationship handling • Project monitoring and reporting • Professional presentation and decision-making
