Head of Operations - Central Operations Department

Join ATRIBS METSCON Group as the Head of Operations - Central Operations Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing operational and processing support to ensure compliance with regulatory and Bank’s operational objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards, while ensuring efficient, cost-effective transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide guidance to centralize the Bank’s operational activities for efficiency and cost savings.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to bank operations.
  3. Assess and fulfill operational support requirements of Business Units and branches.
  4. Manage operations projects, including automation, coordinating with IT for new systems and processes.
  5. Establish and monitor standardized turnaround times and service level agreements with business units.
  6. Develop strategies to enhance service quality and business volume across Operations.
  7. Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance standards.
  8. Prepare and submit regular reports/MIS for management oversight.
  9. Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with operational activities.
  10. Ensure smooth and efficient back-office operations at Head Office to facilitate quick customer service.
  11. Conduct staff performance evaluations and promote cross-training through job rotations.
