We're looking for a Head of Operations & Business Development to oversee our daily operations and help drive growth across our key business divisions :

• Coffee Roastery - roasting and coffee programs (Retail & Wholesale)
• After-Sales Technical Services
• Coffee Training, Educational Programs & Consultancy
• Supply chain, warehousing, and regulatory compliance
• Coffee Bar operations and customer experience

This is a senior hybrid role for someone who’s just as comfortable optimising workflows as they are pitching value to prospective restaurants and cafés . In a nutshell, you’ll be the central force that keeps our internal systems tight, our external partnerships thriving, and profitability in check.

Your Core Responsibilities :

OPERATIONS

• Oversee fulfilment workflows for coffee, equipment, and service requests
• Manage inventory planning, team scheduling, and product & equipment dispatch
• Streamline interdepartmental processes and reduce operational inefficiencies
• Ensure customer SLAs are met with precision and consistency
• Implement data-driven SOPs and reporting systems for warehouse and servicing teams

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Drive growth in wholesale coffee and equipment accounts
• Build and nurture relationships with cafés, restaurants, and hospitality groups
• Create and present customised proposals, bundles, and service plans
• Work closely with trainers and technicians to align service delivery with client expectations
• Attend industry events, expos, and activations to grow the brand presence

What We’re Looking For :

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5-7 years in a senior operational, managerial or BD role within the restaurant, cafe or HORECA supply industry
• Experience managing cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, service, support, logistics)
• Strong command of CRM and inventory platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
• Confident communicator with a knack for building trust and closing deals
• Analytical mindset with a bias toward structure, accountability, and results
• Familiarity with espresso machines, café / restaurant operations, and quality control protocols

Nice-to-Haves :

• Previous involvement in launching new equipment, products and services, or entering new markets
• A background in coffee, café consultancy, or equipment servicing
• Any Specialty Coffee Education - SCAA, SCAE, SCA or Q

Starting Salary Package :

AED 18,000 - 23,000 / month + KPI-based incentives
