We are a fast-growing network of premium aesthetic clinics in the UAE, offering high-end cosmetic and dental services. Our brand is rooted in excellence, human-centered care, and strong ethical values. We are now looking for a strategic and execution-driven Head of Operations to lead our clinics’ daily performance, implement strong systems, and build an accountable, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of all branches and departments (sales, HR, customer service, doctors, lab, marketing, legal, maintenance)
• Establish and enforce SOPs across departments for consistent, quality performance
• Build and lead a results-driven team; hire, train, and evaluate key department heads
• Create and track KPIs for each team and department
• Own problem-solving : spot issues early, provide solutions, and implement them fast
• Monitor and enhance patient experience across the clinics
• Liaise with the CEO directly, providing structured reports, updates, and recommendations
• Lead weekly performance reviews and team accountability meetings
• Collaborate with HR to strengthen recruitment and retention of high-quality staff
• Support marketing and content efforts with operational alignment

What We’re Looking For :

• Proven experience in managing operations in a healthcare or beauty clinic setting (minimum 7 years)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills – you know how to make people deliver results
• Hands-on mentality – you lead by doing, especially in the first 3–6 months
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Process-driven, structured, and calm under pressure
• Strong reporting and follow-up discipline
• Arabic speaker is a big plus
