Head of Operations

Aspire is hiring on behalf of a luxury shopfitting contractor for a Head of Operations, leading their Saudi Operations team.

We're looking for a highly experienced and skilled Head of Operations to take the lead at a state-of-the-art facility in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational performance across Joinery, Fit-Out, Logistics, Quality Control, and Procurement, ensuring that all functions run seamlessly and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full accountability for the day-to-day management and administration of the Joinery & Fit-Out division.
2. Drive productivity, achieve financial targets, and ensure key operational KPIs are met.
3. Coordinate between clients, project sites, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
4. Negotiate pricing and terms with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
5. Oversee materials, inventory, and end-to-end supply chain operations.
6. Conduct regular budget reviews and report on cost plans to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design, with 10+ years of experience in Joinery and Fit-Out.
2. A proven leader with experience managing large teams and operations.
3. Deep understanding of the luxury fit-out sector and experience in managing big joinery operations.
4. Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.
5. Familiar with tools/software for production planning and supply chain management.
6. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
7. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
8. Knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing.
9. Candidates with local experience in Saudi Arabia or Bahrain are strongly preferred.
