Head of Operations ( Corporate Services)

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Operations to drive efficiency and streamline processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to foster a high-performance culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business objectives and drive efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a team of 20+ employees, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Optimize operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational excellence.
  • Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present insightful reports to senior management with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills :
