Job Title: Head of Operations

Role Overview

As Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in scaling and streamlining the day-to-day operational frameworks. You'll ensure all departments operate efficiently, regulatory requirements are met, and customer-centric processes are continuously optimized.

This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive leader who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced fintech or Web3 environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage and enhance operational processes across departments—product, compliance, finance, and customer support—to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to global and regional regulatory frameworks (e.g., VARA, DFSA, MAS), collaborating with legal and compliance teams.
• Process Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and automation tools to support growth and cross-functional alignment.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the bridge between internal teams, ensuring projects are executed on time and aligned with strategic goals.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in operations and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with service providers, banking partners, and infrastructure vendors to maintain high service quality.
• Reporting & Metrics: Develop KPIs and dashboards to track operational performance and report insights to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, ideally within fintech, crypto, or financial services.
• Proven track record of managing scalable operations in high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of digital asset regulations, compliance workflows, and licensing requirements.
• Experience working with tools like Notion, Asana, HubSpot, or similar for process management.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Startup mindset: solution-oriented, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills (English essential; Arabic is a plus).

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital asset custody, tokenization platforms, or DeFi protocols.
• Prior work with MENA regulators or familiarity with Gulf region financial infrastructure.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC processes and digital onboarding systems.
