Project-specific Skills: Project supervision, inspection, organization, coordination, pre-commissioning, plant implementation, and field engineering.

Responsibilities & Duties
  1. Develop project planning and control strategies.
  2. Manage assigned personnel across departments (Production, Installation, Operation, Maintenance, and Projects) to ensure timely and efficient work completion.
  3. Review and utilize financial data to enhance profitability; prepare and control operational budgets; develop effective financial strategies for projects.
  4. Collaborate with management to develop strategic operational plans and oversee their implementation.
  5. Monitor, manage, and improve support services such as IT, HR, Accounts, and Finance; facilitate coordination among support functions.
  6. Oversee organizational policies, including health and safety; organize project management and review meetings.
  7. Provide strategic oversight, coordination, and maintenance of projects by managing daily activities, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
  8. Gather and analyze project requirements; define project management structures and oversee specialist teams.
  9. Work collaboratively, remain open to direction, and demonstrate a commitment to completing tasks efficiently.
  10. Assess situations from multiple perspectives; facilitate projects aligned with company goals.
  11. Evaluate systems and procedures for continuous improvement; keep management informed of progress and areas needing enhancement.
  12. Prepare reports for department managers, inform senior managers of project status, and adjust project directions as necessary.
  13. Make presentations to senior managers regarding project progress and recommendations.
  14. Prepare and review design basis, specifications, technical bid evaluations, and drawings.
  15. Mobilize goods and services, draft work specifications, and ensure proper documentation of procedures.
  16. Ensure operational objectives are measurable and specific.
  17. Monitor key events as per the Monitoring & Communication Plan and update it as needed.
  18. Provide leadership at various construction levels; identify and implement corrective actions to improve quality.
  19. Monitor key staff performance to ensure quality and timely project execution.
