We’re looking for a qualified professional to lead daily operations across our creative, performance, and tech teams. This role will oversee project delivery, streamline workflows, manage internal and external resources, and drive agency growth through smart systems, efficient processes, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations across all departments (creative, performance, tech);

Oversee client project timelines, budgets, and quality control;

Coordinate internal resources and manage freelancers when needed;

Ensure efficient workflow from brief to delivery across multiple accounts;

Track KPIs and provide regular performance reports to the Founder;

Implement systems, tools, and processes to streamline agency operations;

Be the first point of contact for team escalations and client service issues;

Contribute to strategic planning, resource forecasting, and team development.

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in operations or project management within a digital or creative agency;

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously;

Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows (creative, media buying, tech stack);

Experience with project management tools and CRM systems;

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills;

Comfortable with KPIs, reporting, and operational efficiency metrics;

Strategic thinker with a hands-on, proactive mindset;

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
