What you'll do:

Performance Management & Financial Governance

  • Oversee central operations and collaborate with Fulfillment, Logistics, Cross-Border, and Customer Experience teams to ensure effective performance control.
  • Define and track key operational metrics to monitor supply chain performance and identify areas of improvement.
  • Lead regular performance reviews with functional teams and leadership to align on trends, root causes, and corrective actions.
  • Drive cost governance across countries and logistics lanes by analyzing budgets, reviewing rate cards, and collaborating with Finance and Operations to improve cost efficiency.

Supply Chain Planning & Capacity Management

  • Partner with Commercial and Supply Planning teams to build and refine monthly capacity plans.
  • Monitor capacity utilization across fulfillment and last-mile operations, implementing interventions to optimize throughput and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Oversee SLA performance (e.g., Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery), identify process gaps, and lead initiatives to improve service levels.

Program Management & Process Optimization

  • Lead strategic initiatives focused on improving cost, speed, and customer experience across the operational value chain.
  • Translate business needs into process requirements and work with Product and Tech teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs while driving adoption through structured change management across internal and external networks.

Strategic Initiatives: Hyperlocal & Cross-Border

  • Manage the end-to-end launch and execution of strategic programs, including Hyperlocal Fulfillment and Cross-Border Lane Expansion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Commercial, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
  • Define program KPIs, establish governance frameworks, and monitor post-launch performance to ensure continuous improvement.

What you’ll need?

  • 8+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain management, or operations leadership.
  • Proven track record managing multi-functional operations across fulfillment, logistics, and planning.
  • Hands-on experience scaling operational infrastructure, building control towers, and optimizing end-to-end processes in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with driving operational transformation through technology, automation, and data.
  • Strong financial acumen, including cost optimization, P&L ownership, and strategic financial planning.
  • Experience launching and scaling new operational programs, business models, or geographic expansions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to execution.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Product, Tech, Finance, and Commercial teams.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and program execution capability.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
