Aspire is hiring on behalf of a luxury shopfitting contractor for a Head of Operations, leading their Saudi Operations team.

We're looking for a highly experienced and skilled Head of Operations to take the lead at a state-of-the-art facility in Saudi Arabia.

This is a unique opportunity to join a powerhouse in the luxury fit-out and joinery space - someone with a passion for excellence, precision, and operational strategy will thrive in this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational performance across Joinery, Fit-Out, Logistics, Quality Control, and Procurement, ensuring that all functions run seamlessly and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Full accountability for the day-to-day management and administration of the Joinery & Fit-Out division.
• Drive productivity, achieve financial targets, and ensure key operational KPIs are met.
• Coordinate between clients, project sites, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Oversee materials, inventory, and end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Conduct regular budget reviews and report on cost plans to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design, with 10+ years of experience in Joinery and Fit-Out.
• A proven leader with experience managing large teams and operations.
• Deep understanding of the luxury fit-out sector and experience in managing big joinery operations.
• Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.
• Familiar with tools / software for production planning and supply chain management.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing.
• Candidates with local experience in Saudi Arabia or Bahrain are strongly preferred.
