Product related
- Buyer\'s Price Weekly Update
- Buying operation process (who will be buying company for the sales operation)
- Production Update (should be involved in the status of the production since he/she is the main contact of the supplier)
- Product Catalogue - Key Items and Existing Items for sampling
- Specification Sheet from Suppliers - in Original supplier format and SF format
- Product Development - matching, NPD
- Aroma operation for SF formulation
- Any related company certifications that we might require
- Technical and custom clearance documentation management (country specified documentations)
- Digital database update and management between suppliers and sales in each territories
- Product training category wise for sales team
- One window solution between sales and suppliers, R&D, etc
Logistics related
- Cargo freight management (air, sea, track, rail)
- Dealing with freight companies, service vs price and documents required, incoterms conditions, DG no DG management. To define list of preferred freight companies with better conditions
- Packaging list solution: labelling, sizes, shelf life, storage conditions, packaging conditions
- Understanding custom clearance procedure in each country, price and time required
- Create KPI for operation, time and price per unit
Production and Lab facility building
- Experience of building factories from scratch
- Strong relationships with equipment manufacturers
- Deep understanding of local regulatory requirements for building the factory
- Ability to find and manage contractor builders
- Ability to transfer product formulations from lab to production scale
- Understanding of local technical documentation required for building the factory
- Ability to manage relationship with local authorities (safety policy, fireworks, police, etc.)
Team management
- Production team management

Education Degree & Experience
- Bachelor or Master`s Technical Degree in Food Production
- More than 5 years working experience in Production Management
Location
- Initial stage – Dubai
- Later on – Production Site in Spain
