Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external counterparties (including brokers, banks, and custodians) and act as a point of contact and escalation.
  • Interact with the trading desk and the Relationship Managers to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
  • Interface with Middle Office, Operations, Compliance, and Technology for BAU processing escalation and support.
  • Implement improvement projects to systems, processes, internal controls for new and existing markets/products, and technology enhancements.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of commissions generated against pricing sheets.
  • Handle internal audit and regulatory queries related to Client Services.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, SOPs, Service Level Agreements, and Business Continuity Plans for Client Services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in client-facing roles in the financial services industry, with experience in direct client dealings.
  • Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle and client onboarding processes.
  • Experience with financial products across various asset classes.
  • Experience handling audits and maintaining internal control frameworks.
  • Proficient in Excel; basic IT/system project knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable tone.
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure.
