Centralized and manage all Credit Analysts and support teams, ensuring efficient credit analysis, transaction support, and resolution of customer queries and complaints. This role will streamline processes, improve compliance, and allow Relationship Managers to focus on business development and client acquisition.
Job Purpose:
- Lead and manage the centralized Middle Office team, including Credit Analysts and support staff across all branches and the central office.
- Oversee credit analysis quality, compliance, and portfolio monitoring to support Relationship Managers effectively.
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and transaction processing to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Develop and enforce standardized processes for credit analysis, documentation, and compliance.
- Monitor team workflow, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure optimal turnaround times for credit proposals.
- Coordinate closely with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Relationship Managers to enhance operational excellence.
- Coach and develop Middle Office team members to improve technical capabilities, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Perform additional duties as advised by the Chief Wholesale Banking Officer and BOS Management.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with significant exposure to corporate banking operations.
- Proven experience in managing credit analysis teams and middle office operations.
- Strong knowledge of corporate credit processes, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital banking systems, and operational tools.
