• Extensive experience leading mechanical & rotating machinery teams.
• Proven track record in commissioning and start-up of rotating equipment.
• Knowledge of ADMA-OPCO maintenance policy & strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Operations & Commissioning Mechanical and rotating machinery team through detailed engineering, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
• Oversee major overhaul works and installation of new mechanical equipment and spares availability.
• Ensure safe, efficient operation aligned with power, water injection, and production targets.
• Develop commissioning contracts and secure support services for rotating/mechanical equipment.
• Coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities to achieve on-time, within-budget realization.
• Ensure closeout of engineering, construction and punch list issues related to rotating/mechanical equipment.
