Kent College Dubai is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Head of Mathematics to join our thriving school.

Our School

Kent College Dubai (KCD) opened its doors in August 2016, and in a very short space of time has established itself as a hugely successful community-centred school that is inclusive and aspiring. We are rated Very Good by the KHDA and Outstanding by the BSO.

The school takes pupils from ages 3 months - 18 years and is in the Nad al Sheba district of Dubai. We are proud members of the Aldar Education group and the BSME.

The Post

Kent College Dubai is seeking an exceptional teacher and leader to take on the role of Head of Mathematics, overseeing the strategic direction, promotion, and management of Maths across one of Dubai's most successful faculties. This is an exciting opportunity for a current head of department or an ambitious and highly skilled teacher who is eager to take the next step in their career. The role constitutes a vital position of core middle leadership within the school.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a relevant degree and teaching qualification, likely to be from a British or Irish University depending on the subject
• Have a minimum of two years teaching experience, ideally in a British curriculum school
• Be committed to upholding the KCD Staff Charter, which can be found attached to this advert
• Willing to immerse themselves into school life, contributing to our pastoral system and ECA provision

Start date for this position is August 2025, and you are likely to have to be in school on Monday 11th August (to be confirmed in due course). For an exceptional candidate, we would consider a January 2026 start.
