Job description

We are a fast-growing business setup consultancy agency helping investors, entrepreneurs, and SMEs launch and expand their businesses across the UAE. We specialize in mainland and free zone company formations, visa processing, corporate banking support, and more.

As our Head of Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies to establish our brand, attract new clients, and position the agency as a leader in the UAE business setup space.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Build and execute marketing strategies that support the agency’s business objectives, lead generation targets, and client acquisition goals.
  • Launch multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance visibility, engagement, and inbound leads.
  • Continuously analyze industry trends, client needs, and competitor movements to adapt marketing strategies.

2. Brand Development

  • Define and oversee the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Build brand equity by crafting a strong narrative and market presence for the agency in both local and international markets.
  • Align branding initiatives with target audiences, including entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, and investors.

3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Direct digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, paid ads, landing pages, email marketing, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize campaigns for lead quality, cost-per-acquisition, and ROI.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends to implement cutting-edge solutions and tools.

4. Market Research & Service Positioning

  • Conduct research to understand the needs of target client segments (by nationality, license type, industry).
  • Use insights to guide service packaging, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align service offerings with market demand.

5. Content & Creative Oversight

  • Lead content strategy across all channels – website, social media, blog, brochures, sales decks, and video.
  • Ensure all messaging clearly communicates the agency’s value proposition and expertise.
  • Oversee content production and distribution calendar, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

6. Public Relations & Events

  • Manage media relations, press releases, and PR campaigns to build credibility.
  • Partner with event organizers, expos, business councils, and local chambers to increase brand presence.
  • Plan and host events (seminars, webinars, roadshows) that promote business setup services.

7. Team Leadership

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team (digital, design, content, performance marketing).
  • Set clear KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

8. Budget & Resource Management

  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively across all initiatives.
  • Ensure high return on marketing spend through cost control, performance tracking, and efficient resource allocation.
  • Report key metrics and campaign performance to leadership monthly.

9. Best Practices & Innovation

  • Stay up-to-date with global and regional marketing trends, technologies, and tools.
  • Integrate best practices into the agency’s marketing processes.
  • Drive a data-driven, agile, and experiment-oriented culture within the team.

Qualifications
