BettingJobs is working with a new iGaming operator looking to grow its presence in the UAE market. This start-up company is seeking to fill a key leadership role, with the Head of Marketing being one of the first hires.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across offline channels (billboards, radio, newspapers, sponsorships, street activations) and non-traditional funnels (influencers, communities, content loops, local initiatives).
- Design and execute campaigns tied to pop culture, live events, and internet trends.
- Coordinate with product and design teams to ensure a seamless user journey from advertisement to gameplay.
- Manage and optimize performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, and Retention.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and messaging.
- Oversee full funnel tracking using tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Lead messaging, copy, and creative ideation tailored to different market segments.
- Build a culturally relevant brand that resonates with diverse player profiles and maintains competitive differentiation through locally adapted content.
- Monitor competitive campaigns, media mix, and offers, and respond with optimized counterstrategies.
- Experiment with new channels and formats to discover performance advantages.
- Deliver weekly and monthly marketing reports with strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with BI, product, and VIP/CRM teams to align campaigns with player behavior and lifecycle.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies, local media, and tech vendors.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in digital and creative marketing, preferably in iGaming.
- Proven success in running paid media campaigns at scale across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
- Strong portfolio of trend-driven, culturally relevant campaigns.
- Experience managing offline channels such as billboards, radio, and OOH.
- Ability to launch timely campaigns tied to memes, events, and social trends.
- Experience with non-traditional and viral growth funnels.
- Mastery of CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPM, Retention, and Conversion metrics.
- Deep understanding of local market behaviors and messaging strategies.
- Proficiency with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and tracking systems.
- Experience collaborating with product, VIP, CRM, and content teams.
