About Comfi

Comfi is a fast-growing B2B payment platform enabling suppliers across MENA to offer flexible payment terms to their SME clients while getting paid upfront. We work with businesses in automotive, electronics, F&B, and healthcare, helping them scale by optimizing cash flow.

With $22M in venture debt secured and rapid 45% MoM growth, we are looking for a Head of Marketing to drive our brand positioning, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy in the UAE & KSA.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Growth

  • Execute a full-funnel marketing strategy (SEO, PPC, LinkedIn & Meta Ads, content, ABM, referrals).
  • Optimize B2B lead generation, nurturing, and automation.
  • Drive customer acquisition & conversion optimization.

Brand & Thought Leadership

  • Define Comfi’s brand voice & messaging.
  • Own PR, content marketing, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership reports.

Sales Enablement & GTM Strategy

  • Align with sales & product teams to optimize GTM strategy.
  • Build high-impact pitch decks, landing pages, and sales materials.
  • Analyze customer insights & competitive trends to refine ICP & messaging.
  • Define marketing KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, ROI).
  • Optimize marketing funnels, ad spend, and SEO performance.
  • Leverage Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM data.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in B2B marketing (preferably fintech, SaaS, or embedded finance).
  • Proven success in growth marketing, lead generation, and digital ads.
  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, marketing automation, CRM tools.
  • Experience in UAE / KSA markets is a plus.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
