Job description

Head of Marketing for a startup Fintech firm. As a Head of Marketing, you will spearhead the app user growth efforts in the digital marketing space. You will work hand in hand with the marketing manager and outsourced agency when applicable and, most importantly, mentor other junior team members.

Qualifications

  1. 5 years experience in a similar role in B2C tech startup, ideally fintech; some agency experience is also relevant.
  2. Solid knowledge of App Performance Marketing and tools such as Adjust, Firebase, and Google Analytics.
  3. Solid knowledge of all performance marketing tactics across multiple advertising channels (Display / SEM / Paid Social / App).
  4. You will be an analytics person at heart and have run your own paid marketing campaigns, setting KPIs by channel/campaign and dynamically reallocating budgets to maximize the KPIs.
  5. Adaptable to work in a fast-paced iterative environment and to business directional change.
  6. High proficiency in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
