Language Requirement : Arabic (mandatory) & English (fluent)

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Head to lead our in-house marketing team for our dynamic retail brand specializing in handcrafted cakes, flowers, and gifting solutions. If you have deep-rooted experience in the UAE’s F&B and gifting landscape and are passionate about brand storytelling, digital innovation, and team leadership — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the UAE market, focusing on cakes, flowers, and gifting products.
  • Manage a diverse in-house marketing team including social media, design, and content.
  • Plan and oversee creative content production (including shoots, campaigns, and seasonal launches).
  • Lead digital marketing efforts across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Oversee performance marketing, social media presence, SEO / SEM, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
  • Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align promotions, product launches, and seasonal strategies.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of UAE-based marketing experience, specifically within the retail F&B or gifting / flower / cakes industry (this is a must).
  • Proven experience managing marketing teams and running end-to-end campaigns.
  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker; fluent English is also essential.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE market trends, audience behaviors, and local holidays / festivals.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and ad management dashboards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
