Overview of the role:

Responsible for supervising the development and execution of marketing strategies and plans for the Blue brand, with the objective to build a strong brand image, meet KPIs, and establish our position as a market leader in the category.

What you will do

Marketing Strategy

  • Develop the integrated regional marketing strategy and implementation roadmap for BLUE, including product launches and communication campaigns for both corporate and tactical purposes.
  • Drive brand awareness, consideration, and relevance among target audiences.
  • Increase market share through brand equity development and improved customer loyalty.
  • Monitor consumer behaviors, market trends, demographics, and competitor activities.

Activation & Campaigns

  • Manage and coordinate external agency partners.
  • Lead, activate, and execute consumer communications across integrated channels.
  • Coordinate with the digital team to ensure strategy alignment and campaign integration.
  • Maintain a performance measurement framework across key platforms to ensure sustainable growth and continuous improvement.
  • Handle financial planning and reporting, paired with KPI frameworks for campaign attribution and ROI measurement.
  • Ensure campaigns are tailored with local insights for various countries.

Customer Experience

  • Support the delivery of exemplary customer experience across all brand touchpoints.
  • Enhance customer experience in retail spaces and workshops by implementing consistent branding strategies.

Team Management

  • Implement talent development initiatives to recruit, develop, coach, and engage marketing professionals.
  • Lead an efficient marketing team.
  • Drive team performance through measurable KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • Promote Al-Futtaim values in the workplace.

Required Skills to be successful:

  • 10-15 years of experience in marketing and communications.
  • Experience in advertising agencies.
  • Proven ability to deliver customer-centric strategies.
