Our client is a premium luxury interiors retailer.

We are recruiting a UAE experienced senior level marketing manager from the luxury interiors industry to join their Dubai head office.

The role will focus on high impact integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to drive and enhance brand visibility and organic growth across the company's website, social media, SEO and advertising collateral.

This is a hands-on role leveraging at least 5 years experience in marketing leadership in the luxury consumer brand industry.

Candidates must have a professional and modern approach to push the boundaries of brand positioning, lead generation, customer engagement and sales revenue.

Role Summary

  • Develop and execute 360-degree marketing, communication and brand amplification strategies and roadmaps to achieve market penetration and retention and drive customer engagement.
  • Brand development: community building initiatives to define and reinforce the brand identity consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Digital marketing: targeted paid marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and build customer lifetime loyalty.
  • Content creation: copy writing to develop engaging content for the corporate website, social media platforms and email marketing campaigns.
  • Public relations: build and leverage media relationships to amplify the brand through well-crafted PR campaigns.
  • Team leadership: hire and mentor a high-performance marketing team fostering a culture of creativity, high quality execution and accountability.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 10 years creative campaign and brand development and execution; CX to further develop brand presence in the region.
  • Deep experience in building rich databases of customer contacts, demographics and behavioural drivers to build the brand through captivating digital and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Customer engagement, acquisition and retention: in-depth knowledge of market trends and dynamics and customer behaviour in the end-to-end customer journey in the luxury interiors sector.
  • Strong portfolio in creative direction for the design and tone of voice for all brand collateral and assets.
  • Data analytics driven with strong business acumen to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies using performance metrics and consumer insights to identify opportunities for differentiation and expansion.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.

Candidate Profile

  • Currently living in the United Arab Emirates and must be able to live and work in Dubai.
  • Excellent command of English to create grammatically correct English content.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales to align with brand growth objectives.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Certification in marketing is a strong advantage Google Analytics
