Head of Marketing

A fast-growing financial technology company is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead its global brand, communications, campaigns, and client engagement efforts. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a strategic and hands-on marketer with experience in fintech, crypto, or financial services.

As Head of Marketing, you will define and drive the marketing strategy across all channels, working closely with Product, Creative, Business Development, and Executive teams. Your work will directly influence brand visibility, customer acquisition and retention, and revenue growth across institutional and high-net-worth audiences.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead the company’s global marketing strategy with a strong institutional and HNW focus
  • Develop and execute integrated go-to-market plans for launches, partnerships, and campaigns
  • Oversee multichannel campaigns across digital (search, social, display), offline (events, sponsorships), content, and PR
  • Build performance dashboards to track KPIs such as engagement, lead generation, retention, and ROI
  • Manage external agencies and media partners to ensure alignment and executional excellence
  • Guide the creation of marketing assets (e.g., landing pages, newsletters, product brochures, thought leadership)
  • Drive organic growth through SEO, content marketing, and community engagement
  • Support lifecycle marketing including CRM strategy, onboarding journeys, and customer communications
  • Lead and develop a results-oriented, collaborative marketing team
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support revenue planning, product launches, and strategic proposals
Requirements
