Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our brand development across multiple markets. In this leadership role, you will help shape and implement marketing strategies that drive growth, increase customer engagement, and strengthen our market presence. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a long-term marketing plan that supports business growth across existing and new markets.
  • Evolve the brand positioning for all GCC markets and Franchise business while preserving the brand’s core identity.
  • Lead campaign execution, and storytelling across all customer touchpoints - digital, in-store, and PR.
  • Collaborate with Retail, E-Commerce, and Concept teams on product marketing and go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee CRM initiatives, customer segmentation, and loyalty programs to drive personalized engagement.
  • Define and lead a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with growth goals, KPIs, and ROI-focused outcomes.
  • Lead product launches and influencer marketing strategies to create market buzz and maximize impact.
  • Guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Monitor marketing performance, track KPIs, and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Monetization of content and brand equity

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of proven experience at leading marketing functions as head of marketing within home furnishing and luxury retail sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in overall brand building, digital marketing, CRM, and regional market expansion.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Experience overseeing multi-market campaigns and managing external agencies.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities.
