Job Description

This is a career-defining opportunity for a high-performing marketing leader who thrives in zero-to-one environments and knows how to scale. As our Head of Marketing, you'll own the entire growth engine from performance and brand marketing to outbound and content, and be directly responsible for driving predictable pipeline growth, reducing CAC, and increasing LTV.

You will partner closely with founders, product, and sales to shape GTM strategy, lead a cross-functional team, and turn marketing into a revenue machine.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Growth Strategy & Execution
    • Own the go-to-market strategy across paid, organic, brand, and outbound channels
    • Set and exceed aggressive weekly, monthly, and quarterly growth targets
    • Build and manage multi-touch growth campaigns that directly drive SQLs and revenue
  2. Performance & Funnel Ownership
    • Own and optimize the full funnel from awareness to SQL to conversion
    • Manage CAC, LTV, payback period, and pipeline attribution models
    • Continuously A/B test messaging, channels, landing pages, and CTAs
  3. Team & Infrastructure
    • Hire and lead a high-output team including SDRs, content marketers, growth hackers, and copywriters
    • Build scalable processes, analytics infrastructure, and marketing ops stack (e.g., HubSpot, GA, Webflow, CRM integrations)
  4. Brand & Content
    • Craft and evolve our brand positioning and messaging
    • Oversee the creation of high-quality content across blogs, case studies, email nurture, and thought leadership
    • Align brand voice across channels including social, website, outbound, and product
  5. Outbound & Sales Enablement
    • Develop the outbound strategy and partner with SDRs to drive top-of-funnel growth
    • Collaborate with sales to build collateral, playbooks, and nurture flows
    • Improve lead qualification and conversion workflows
Qualifications
  • Medical Background is a must, preferably Medicine
  • From 3 to 5 years at the same level in hospitals or polyclinics
  • Past experience in outpatient clinics management
  • Hospital Management diploma or MBA is preferable
