Job Description:

We are hiring a seasoned and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the companys growth and customer engagement efforts. This role demands a high-impact leader skilled in both brand and performance marketing, with a deep understanding of modern marketing tools, automation platforms, analytics systems, and customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute Idealzs marketing strategy across paid, earned, owned, and shared channels.
  • Translate company goals into actionable campaigns that drive growth, user acquisition, and retention.
  • Act as the brand custodian-ensuring messaging, tone, and visuals align across all channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing in-house marketing team and agency partners.

Performance & Growth Marketing

  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through full-funnel marketing strategies.
  • Manage digital channels: Paid Search (Google Ads), Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snap), Programmatic, Email, SMS, Affiliate, and SEO.
  • Apply advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to measure campaign performance, optimize spend, and reduce CAC.

Marketing Tools & Technology

Leverage a robust martech stack including:

  • CRM & Automation: HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze
  • Ad Platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, DV360
  • Content & CMS: WordPress, Webflow, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Identify and implement new tools and technologies to improve ROI and customer experience.

Brand & Creative

  • Build a compelling brand story that resonates with Idealzs unique value proposition.
  • Partner with design and content teams to produce high-impact campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Lead influencer, PR, and community engagement initiatives.

Budgeting & Reporting

Own the marketing budget, forecasting, and ROI planning.

  • Deliver weekly/monthly dashboards and insights to leadership, tracking KPIs including ROAS, LTV, churn, and engagement.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong exposure to e-commerce, digital-first, or high-growth consumer brands.
  • Expertise in the full digital marketing ecosystem, with hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns and automation.
  • Proficient with marketing technologies, CRMs, attribution tools, and performance analytics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
