Job Description:

The company is hiring a Head of Marketing to lead the charge across brand, performance, creative, social media, and CRM. With 1015 years of experience in fast-paced, product-led tech companiesespecially in the regionyou know what it takes to build from the ground up and scale efficiently. Youre as comfortable driving strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to execute.

This isnt just a marketing role. Its a unique opportunity to shape how a bold, tech-powered group connects with millions of users across commerce, entertainment, and rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy

  • Own the full-stack marketing roadmap for The Companyand its portfolio of brands.
  • Translate business goals into integrated marketing plans that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Performance Marketing

  • Lead growth across major digital channels including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, programmatic, affiliate, and SEO.
  • Optimize campaigns with a data-first approach to maximize ROAS, reduce CAC, and increase LTV.

Social Media & Community

  • Develop and execute engaging, platform-native content strategies.

  • Drive virality, advocacy, and brand love through community-building and influencer partnerships.

Creative & Content

  • Oversee the development of high-impact creatives from brand storytelling to product campaigns across all touchpoints.

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Design and scale automated customer journeys that engage, convert, and retain users using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze.

Brand Leadership

  • Define and evolve our brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity in line with business strategy and customer insights.

Team Building & Leadership

  • Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing in-house marketing team and external partners.
  • Cultivate a culture of creativity, accountability, and agility.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Executive teams to align marketing with company vision and priorities.

Requirements:

  • 10 to15 years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership roles in high-growth, tech-driven environments.
  • Deep understanding of the regional market, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior.
  • Strong exposure to e-commerce, digital-first, or high-growth consumer brands.
  • Hands-on expertise in performance marketing, digital strategy, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong grasp of brand building, storytelling, and content marketing in digital ecosystems.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools such as GA4, Segment, Braze, Amplitude, etc.
  • A builders mentality and a doers energy,comfortable leading strategy and execution.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Days: Monday to Friday

Timing:9am-6pm
