As the Head of Marketing, you will lead a dynamic team of marketing strategists, a brand partnership manager (to be recruited), and a graphic designer with a primary focus on conceiving and executing innovative marketing campaign concepts for our clients' loyalty programs. This role is instrumental in driving growth and performance for our clients by crafting compelling strategies that leverage our technology and reward content, ultimately increasing redemptions on our white-label branded ecommerce platform. Success in this role entails growing the accounts by captivating clients with unique incentive concepts, new reward propositions, audience alignment, or desirable brand associations, fostering our clients’ enthusiasm, unlocking additional marketing communication channels, such as exclusive newsletters or prominent homepage visuals, and propelling our clients' loyalty programs to new heights.

You will come from an agency background, having managed and grown the accounts under your leadership, ideally as a group account director in an advertising or marketing agency.
